CentralPoint Central Office Reporting

CentralPoint Headquarters - Receives information sent from remote locations. Produces financial reports and manages marketing lists. Used in the headquarters location. $199

CentralPoint Remote - Automatically sends financial data and customer information to Headquarters module. Used in each store location. Remote can be used alone to schedule, produce and email Point of Success reports without the need for a Headquarters module on the receiving end. Imagine receiving up-to-the-minute sales information on your email-equipped mobile phone or through your personal email account whenever you want to see it!  $199 per location.

Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium. Customer information is available only when used with Point of Success Premium.


Menu and Setup Training CD

A well-designed and properly set up menu improves efficiency dramatically! This CD plays on your computer, showing Point of Success' menu builder screens with instructor narration. Includes detailed setup steps for over 25 example menu items, more than a dozen tips and shortcuts, and over three hours of video to explain all aspects of menu design in Point of Success. $49. Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium.
 


Employee Timekeeping

Use this product to track employee hours worked. Supports employee clock-in, clock-out, time corrections, and printing of time reports to assist with payroll preparation. Uses existing Point of Success staff files to speed implementation. $99. Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium.


 


Employee Scheduling

Works inside the Point of Success office manager to track employee availability, create work schedules, print schedules and predict labor costs. $99. Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium.



 


Caller ID

Includes both the software and a Caller ID interface box (hardware) needed to deliver incoming call information to the Point of Success order entry program. Available in two, four and eight line versions. 2 Line - $299, 4 Line - $499, 8 Line - $799. Works with Point of Success Premium only.

Note: Point of Success Caller ID is offered for use in the United States, Canada and Australia.


Table and Guest Management

Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium to manage tables from a table map, track your wait list and reservations, and maintain wait list, reservation and table turn statistics. $99.

 

 


Big Dave Ostrander's FoodCost Pro 2

Calculates food cost from a restaurant's recipes. As ingredient prices change, entree costs are automatically recalculated. Works exclusively with Point of Success to import existing products, export costs for Point of Success reporting, and import sales information for Menu Engineering analysis. $199.

Also works as a stand-alone food costing system. Point of Success is not required to use FoodCost Pro.


PCCharge Connector 

When using PCCharge Payment Server for credit card processing, this software is required to connect Point of Success with PCCharge Payment Server. $199. Requires the separate purchase of a single-computer license version of PCCharge Payment Server software.

Software for credit card processing with Mercury Payment Systems is included at no additional charge in Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium version 2.2 and above. Get additional information on credit card processing in Point of Success.


Fingerprint Sensor

Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium offer fast, secure fingerprint login in version 2.2 and above. Software for fingerprint login is included in both systems -- Purchase one fingerprint sensor for each workstation to use fingerprint login. $149. Requires an available USB port on each computer.

 


Employee Cards

Used to automatically enter an employee PIN when clocking in, clocking out, and operating the order entry and office manager software. Improves system security. 15 employee cards for $35. Works with Point of Success Standard and Point of Success Premium.


Technical Support Services

Technical support for Point of Success and related products is provided at no charge for the first 30 days after purchase. After the free support period, technical support is available under one of the following support plans:

Single Incident Support
Toll-free telephone technical support for one incident is available for $39 per call.

Software Maintenance Plan
Most point of sale software vendors require a maintenance or support contract to get
any help for your system. The Point of Success Software Maintenance Plan is completely optional and offers these benefits:

  • Unlimited 800-line telephone technical support for six months
  • Automatic free shipment of software maintenance updates on CD for six months
  • A substantial discount on purchases of future software version upgrades (plan must be in effect when upgrade is purchased to qualify for discount)
