Chargepath for PCCharge 

When using PCCharge Payment Server for credit card processing, this software is required to connect Point of Success with PCCharge Payment Server. $299.

Requires the separate purchase of a single-computer license of PCCharge Payment Server software version 5.9.1 or greater.

Chargepath for PCCharge replaces our former PCCharge Connector software. Upgrades to Chargepath for PCCharge are available for $100 for PCCharge Connector software purchased prior to January 1, 2010. Upgrades for PCCharge Connector purchased after this date are available at no charge.

Chargepath is recognized as a Validated Payment Application by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Toll-free telephone technical support for one incident is available for $49 per call.

Software Maintenance Plan
Most point of sale software vendors require a maintenance or support contract to get
any help for your system. The Point of Success Software Maintenance Plan is completely optional and offers these benefits:

  • Unlimited 800-line telephone technical support for six months
  • A substantial discount on purchases of future software version upgrades (plan must be in effect when upgrade is purchased to qualify for discount)
