How to Change the Expeditor Monitor Sort Order

A new feature as of Quatro is the ability to control the sort order manually for tickets appearing on the Expeditor Monitor.  This must be turned on from Office Manager.

  1. Navigate to Office Manager>Tools>Setup the Options for Kitchen Monitor and Notifications.
  2. Select “Manual Priority Selection” under the Expeditor Monitor Settings.

Now when you are viewing the Expeditor Monitor and have more than one order displayed, you can select the priority for each order manually.
