When using a workstation as an order station, make sure that nothing is checked for Order Entry>Manager>Workstation Setup>Kitchen Monitor and
Order Entry>Manager>Workstation Setup>Expo Monitor.
Failure to do so will cause undesired items to populate the Kitchen Monitor and Expo Monitor screens.
