Can’t pay an order / Cannot finalize an order
A till or bank must be open in order to make a payment. In the case of a Till, it must have been opened on the same workstation where the payment is being made. The currently logged-in user must have access to the till (till is assigned to the employe or the employee must have security access to an anonymous till)
To open a Till or Bank go to Order Entry > Manager > Tills and Banks.
