Order Entry
With some other POS systems it’s hard to figure out where you are and how you got there. Menu navigation in Point of Success is streamlined to make order entry faster and more efficient. Serving customers takes less time and payroll costs are reduced.
Order Tracking
Use the ticket list to see every open order in the system, see only one server’s orders, view future orders, or to get more information on a closed order. Instantly view key information on the ticket list, then touch one of the buttons at the bottom of the window to perform that function. Display one day’s orders, all orders, open orders, future orders, closed orders, and find orders by customer name, address, phone number and more.
Efficient and User-Friendly
Rapidly enter orders for table service, counter service/quick service, delivery or carry-out. Address, delivery and order history information is automatically retained for every customer, speeding service and minimizing payroll costs.
Security and Theft Prevention
Point of Success allows a till (cash drawer) to be assigned to one staff member. Individual responsibility means that you know where to look when a till comes up short! Every user in Point of Success is assigned to a security group. Important settings like price changes, removing an item from an order that has been sent to the kitchen, order voiding and many other functions are all protected by security.
Works on Desktop and Tablet
Point of Success works on any desktop or tablet running Windows OS. Touch screen computer displays are more affordable than ever. Touching a few buttons on the order entry screen is the fastest and most natural way to enter an order. If you’d rather use a keyboard and mouse, Point of Success supports those, too.
Customer Database
Maintain customer demographics and order history. Find customers in the database who can be assigned several telephone numbers. Search for customers by telephone, name, or address. Selecting a customer from the database attaches all of a customer's information to the order. Delivery drivers have the information they need to quickly find a customer.
Business Reporting
Point of Success offers well over seventy reports to support every aspect of a restaurant’s business operations. Every report is designed to help you get the most out of the information you accumulate every day you use Point of Success. Point of Success includes end of day reports, financial reports, marketing reports, production and general reports.
House Accounts
Allow accounts for selected customers and bill periodically. Charge orders and track customer accounts. Selected customer accounts can be set up to allow for billing orders later. Set a credit limit for each account. Security settings can limit this function to managers and trusted employees.
Specialized Features for Bars
Industry-specific features and functions tailored to specific restaurants and bars (I.e., pizzeria, fine dining, quick service, bars, etc.) Use specialized features such as repeat round, timed happy hour pricing with days and times, Tax inclusive pricing, large order total display, and print bar tab automatically on done.
Easy to Use Menu Builder
Some other point of sale systems’ menus are so difficult to design that the job requires a technician. With Point of Success, menu design is as easy as placing buttons on the screen and setting the product code they activate. Menu design is even easier with the available training videos. When menus are scheduled to change, the changes can be made and stored in an inactive area of the menu designer, then added to the active menu with a few mouse clicks. Temporary or seasonal menu changes are almost automatic!

Delivery Management
Track every order from start to finish. Dispatch oldest orders first. As delivery drivers return from deliveries, each staff member logs back into the system. The longest waiting driver is assigned to the next dispatched order to control even distribution of assignments. Print delivery tickets, track delivery driver banks and print reports detailing delivery driver production.
