How to remove practice or test orders

As the menu in Point of Success is being built and tested you will accumulate orders that are not real customer orders. You can remove test orders, payments, deliveries and more with the Support Utility program.

Warning: Purging orders or any other data removes all selected data prior to the purge date. Be certain that you want to remove this data before performing a data purge!

  • Exit all Point of Success programs on all computers on the network
  • Go to Start > Programs > Point of Success > Support Utility
  • Enter an Administrator PIN code
  • Click the Utilities tab
  • Click Purge Data
  • Select a cutoff date and the type of data to purge

A database backup will be made before the data is purged.
