Printer unexpectedly prints a large volume of tickets (sometimes every order in the system)

When a POS printer unexpectedly begins to print a huge number of tickets or one very long ticket, the cause is normally a problem in the assignment of the ticket printing template.

Open the Office Manager program, then go to the Tools center. Click Select Printing Templates. Review each report template assignment — Look for names in the selected templates that do not clearly match the area to which they are assigned. Particularly common is the assignment of a Customer Receipt template to another template type.
